OUR PROPERTIES
A little about our properties...
Our houses are fully furnished with modern furniture and have a full range of kitchen and household appliances to enable you to move straight in.
Each kitchen is well-equipped with hob, oven, stainless steel extractor hood, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, 'Henry' vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
In sitting rooms we provide leather settees, a coffee table and and LCD TV with stand. A Virgin Media package including TV and 300Mb/s broadband with unlimited download is available within our bills package.
Our Bespoke Bedroom Furniture
All the bedrooms are fully furnished with a bed, a quality foam mattress, a large desk, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. All bedroom doors are also lockable.
We have installed BESPOKE bedroom furniture in each of the bedrooms in every house. Each piece of furniture has been designed and made to size so we can optimise the layout of each bedroom. Each and every piece of furniture has been designed, built and installed by David and Jo.
Our properties are assessed and approved by the Accommodation Offices of the Universities of Brighton, Sussex and Surrey, with whom we enjoy excellent working relationships.
All our properties have all been approved and issued with HMO Licences by the Guildford Borough Council and Brighton and Hove City Council.

When we first renovated each of our houses we did everything possible to make them as energy efficient as possible. Therefore each house has the following:
