This is a service where we manage all the bills for you and you simply pay a set amount each month.

 

It runs as a budget account and if you don't use as much as you have paid...you get the difference back!

 

This bills package includes:

Water

Electricity

Gas

TV License

Virgin Media <200Mb/s broadband with unlimited download

Virgin Media Cable TV

Gardening

Window cleaning

 

Currently the bills package is £55 per month per tenant, although this may be subject to change depending on service prices.

 

This is usually sufficient to cover all costs. But if there is an overspend, it is simply deducted from your deposit at the end of the tenancy.

 

We offer guidance as to the most efficient way of running the property and will keep you up to date with the expected expenditure throughout the year.

 

This service is fully transparent as you will receive copies of all bills after 6 months and at the end of the tenancy.
